Southbound I-75
From US-75 South merge onto TX-121 S via exit 38A toward Ft. Worth. Take a slight left to take the US-75 N/TX-121 N ramp. Take a slight left onto TX-121 N. Continue straight onto TX-399 Spur N. Turn right onto Medical Center Drive.

Northbound US-75
From US-75 North take the TX-5 exit, Exit 38A. Merge onto TX-399 Spur N. Turn right onto Medical Center Drive.

Eastbound Highway 121
Take TX-121 N/Highway 121 continue straight onto TX-399 Spur N. Turn right on Medical Center Drive.
